Andy Deeker, Managing Director of Operations

Andy has 20 years experience in the industry, he joined Lancaster is 1997 as Marketing & Business Development Director. As Managing Director of Operations, he now dedicates his time to overseeing all of the company’s operations. Andy also champions operational innovations and special projects.
