Anicleia Anders , Senior Supervisor

Anicleia, or Ani for short joined Lancaster in November 2004 and is a Senior Supervisor at one of our prestigious West End contracts. Ani is a perfect example of Lancaster’s policy for recruiting from within, starting as a team leader, she quickly progressed into the role of evening supervisor and then to her current role where she is responsible for organising a large daytime cleaning operation.  Ani is a highly motivated and professional individual who has a very bright future ahead of her with Lancaster.
