The Relationship History

Lancaster Office Cleaning Company has a long-established relationship with Merrill Lynch. We have supplied their cleaning services for over ten years. In September 2000 we extended our relationship with Merrill Lynch, gaining responsibility for cleaning services at their prestigious European Head Quarters on King Edward Street.

The Services

Lancaster operates a high quality cleaning solution at four Merrill Lynch campuses covering 15 Buildings in London comprising of various shift patterns and a 24 hr service for the new Merrill Lynch Financial Centre. 

The scope of services Lancaster undertakes includes office cleaning, windows & facade cleaning, carpets & hard floor maintenance, curtain, upholstery & blind cleaning, personal hygiene services, dust mats, janitorial provision, laundry services, ceiling cleaning, IT cleaning and waste management & recycling.

Specialised services are managed by Lancaster in conjunction with sub-contractors who have undergone an extensive tender and appraisal process.
